Awakening the Mystic is an exploration of higher consciousness, the practice of yoga and meditation, and a journey to discover what love and healing really mean.ABOUT THE AUTHOR:ROB DORGAN has an MA in European History from the University of Cincinnati. He began writing fiction at the age of seven with his first short story, “M**der at the La Brea Tar Pits,” followed by “M**der at the Art Museum.” Since second grade, his interests and content have changed, but his love for telling a good story has remained. While working on his doctorate, the trajectory of Dorgan’s life path was drastically altered when he was introduced to the mystical arts of astrology and yoga. Yoga, along with astrology, changed his life. While Dorgan’s debut, Awakening the Mystic, is fiction, it is full of real possibilities for the future of our human species and Mother Earth.
